We are an independent and decentralized network of cinemas, focused not only on exhibition but also in associative work, capable of integrating filmmakers, academics, and other players of the audiovisual field and cultural sector, making the education of audiences an aesthetic, social, and cultural experience. We dream of expanding and democratizing cultural offerings, presenting national and Latin American films, as well as other latitudes that fill our screens with meaning.
Cultural manager and filmmaker. She is the President of the Asociación Gremial Red de Salas Independientes de Cine de Chile (The Independent Cinema Guild Association) as General Coordinator of the Sala K theater. As a director, she has worked on six short films, fiction and documentaries, filmed in Canada, France, and Chile. Her last piece, La discotheque, was part of the Chile Factory project and premiered in the Cannes Film Festival in 2015. She was the executive producer of the full-length film El niño de plomo, directed by David Dávila, and the short film Después de Antonia, directed by Víctor Hugo Cárdenas. Her studies include cinema administration, CICAE in Venice, project development and screenplay at EICTV in Cuba, and narration, aesthetics, and film at PUC in Santiago.
