Cinespecie is a Chilean film company focused on the development and production of documentary films about sexual dissident memories and subjectivities.

Synopsis

The first trans and non-binary soccer team in Chile prepares to travel to a sports championship in São Paulo, Brazil. Back in Chile, Chris, the team’s founder and president, resigns from his position. The change of leadership will usher in a new generation, leaving a legacy of advocacy for visibility in the sport.

  Inti Lorca is a director, and his documentary work focuses on his experience within the trans community. His first feature film, *Disforia Fútbol Club*, originated from the award-winning short film of the same name, which won at FIDOCS 2022 and the 2021 Platino Awards.

  Nicolás Videla is a documentary director and producer. They are currently developing their fourth film, The Criminal Record of Madame Wittmann. Nicolás also collaborates on projects like Mordaz by Clio Dinamarca, Dysphoria Football Club by Inti Lorca, and Mary Three Coconuts by Carolina Cheuquepán.
