Synopsis

A young man who dreamed of being a filmmaker filmed the life of a group of students at a public university in the interior of Brazil. Ten years later, disturbed amid the biggest crisis in Brazilian education, he returns to those images to take back the hopes and disappointments of his generation.

  Essi Rafael, Brazilian filmmaker, lives in Brasilia. She Came Along (2011), one of his short films, was screened at film festivals in Brazil and abroad. Four Seasons of Youth is his first feature film project.

• Lucas Pelegrino

  Lucas Pelegrino is a Brazilian executive producer specialized in the production of feature films in the countryside of São Paulo. He worked in shows released on Netflix, HBO Max, Cartoon Network, and Comedy Central, among others.
