Synopsis

An old theater is threatened by a looming renovation that will change it completely. Inside, an actor and a theater technician spend their final years active. The death of one of them lays bare the proximity of death for the other, giving rise to a magical and sensory story about the struggle of human beings to endure in an impermanent world.

  Documentary filmmaker and researcher. His audiovisual career as a director begins with the short film documentaries El Caporal has Died (2020) and 23PM (2023). Currently, he’s the coordinator of two heritage projects and the director of In the Emptiness, his first feature-length movie.

  Producer

  Her career begins with the short film documentary 23PM (2023), working as a producer and writer. Currently, she’s a coordinator of projects with a social focus and producer of the feature-length In the Emptiness.
