Synopsis

In a small town, the apparent calm of the days is interfered with by an omnipresent industry, which reflects a universal theme: power. Its inhabitants live among the wires, the hundreds of pylons, and thermoelectric power plants operating an unequal system’s machinery.

  Isabel is an investigative journalist, producer, and director. Ignacia is an audiovisual director and executive producer. They work as a creative duo for documentary filmmaking. In 2017 they created Dos Be Producciones. Their debut feature, In the Shade of Light, is in the post-production stage.

  Producer

  Executive producer at Funky Films. She currently produces the documentaries Surfing for Seniors and A la sombra de la luz. She has been executive producer of films such as Y todo el cielo cupo en el ojo de la vaca muerta (Sundance), Dry Martina (Tribeca), Tengo miedo torero (Amazon), among others.

  Producer

  María José is a journalist and producer. She has worked in research and production in TV series, documentaries, and Virtual Reality.
