Synopsis

In the 1980s, an aeronautical regiment removed traditional families living in Alcântara, Maranhão, Brazil, where the government installed a space launch base. Lured by the dream of becoming space knights, the recruits would soon find themselves on the dishonorable mission of dislodging their own countrymen. Forty years later, history repeats itself.

  A Maranhão native, Cássio is a screenwriter, researcher, and cinematographer. He collaborated on the film Branco sai, preto fica directed by Adirley Queirós, with whom he has directed the series Fantasmas da casa própria. He also wrote A máquina infernal, directed by Francis Vogner dos Reis.
