ARTE is a public European cultural platform offering programs across three vectors: non-linear platforms, social channels and accounts, and linear TV. ARTE is available in six different languages throughout Europe and is subdivided into three main entities: France, ARTE Deutschland, and ARTE GEIE, showcasing Europe’s rich cultural diversity. In-depth, sensitive, and original documentaries account for 40% of ARTE’s programming.
Alexandre Marionneau
After being a teacher abroad, working in France 2 as a commissioning editor (for the society strand and 25 shades of doc), running an NGO and working in philanthropy, he is now head of international coproductions for the Society and Culture Department of ARTE France. He has notably put together the collection Generation Ukraine for the ARTE group.
