Opal H. Bennett
Opal is a Senior Producer of POV and an Executive Producer of POV Shorts. Under her leadership, POV Shorts broadcast the 2021 NewsDoc Emmy Winner for Short Documentary, The Love Bugs. Opal was a Shorts Programmer, the Director of Artist Development at DOCNYC, and a Senior Programmer at the Athena FF. She has also worked with Nantucket FF, Aspen ShortsFest, and Tribeca FF.
