Synopsis

FOREMOTHERS is a series that reviews Chilean history from the perspective of Chilean women’s political and social processes. Five actresses guided by research, expert testimony, and archival material, immerse us in the lives of pioneering women who challenged norms and built a path toward equality.

  Director and Executive Producer at La Alborada Films production house. Director of the «FOREMOTHERS» series (CNTV Fund 2023) and the documentary short film «The written voice» (2024), selected as best documentary short at the Femifilms Sitges 2024 festival.

  Producer

  Producing the docuseries FOREMOTHERS (CNTV Fund 2023) and the stop-motion animation short La Corteza de mi abuela (2017) on Mapuche worldview (awarded Best Children’s Short at FICWallmapu). In 2021, produced the documentary short Nueva Constitución para Chile in partnership with UN Women.
