Francisco Tarque
Francisco Tarque audiovisual producer and director of the Arica Nativa Festival. Born in Arica and of Aymara descent, he has developed his career in the creative industries, with a special emphasis on representing the country’s indigenous peoples and the Andean communities of northern Chile.
