Insomnia – Teatro Condell is an alternative movie theater in the historic Teatro Condell building in Valparaíso, Chile. It is part of the Red de Salas de Cine de Chile, which includes twelve other theaters. Our institution, the Círculo de Amigos de Teatro Condell (Circle of Friends of Teatro Condell), has been part of the patrimonial and social rescue of an old porteño theater. We aim to cultivate critical cinema audiences to encourage social change.

Executive Director of INSOMNIA – Teatro Condell, an exhibition space with more than seventeen years of experience promoting national, Latin American, and global content. Its focus is on the pursuit of democracy and cultural resistance through film and visual arts.
