Synopsis

New York, 1927. The poet Vicente Huidobro wins a prize of USD 10,000 for adapting his silent film script Cagliostro. However, the project stopped because of the premiere of The Jazz Singer, the first talkie. With the creative impulse of the poet, a filmmaker relives the script of a film never filmed.

  Alumnus of La Fémis’ documentary workshop. His documentary Fixed Stars (2016) won the DIRAC Fund for screenings in the US. In 2022, he directed video clips. He is currently developing Cagliostro, selected at DokLeipzig’s 2020 pitch presentation. He was part of the Marché du Film 2021 Chilean delegation. He produces films, documentaries, and video clips.
