Synopsis

Coca, an Argentine grandmother, falls in love for the second time in her life. She firmly believes that her late husband, Cacho, has reincarnated as Barış, a famous Turkish soap opera actor. Driven by her desire, she decides to travel to Istanbul with her granddaughter to find him.

    Luna Mato Chague studied Film Directing at ENERC. She directed the short films Lavandería Las Rosas (fiction) and Insistir (documentary). In 2024, she took part in the Berlinale Talents Buenos Aires program and is currently working on the post-production of her first feature documentary.

    Cruz

    Director

    Martina Cruz studied Screenwriting at ENERC. She wrote the short films Lavandería Las Rosas, Misión Peluche, Pastelaciones and Insistir, selected at Mar del Plata, BAFICI and Las Alturas. She wrote the TV series Arde and premiered her debut documentary Nuestra cosa perdida in 2025.
