FIDOCS, founded by documentary filmmaker Patricio Guzmán in 1997, is the main space for non-fiction cinema in Chile and Latin America. It explores the diverse paths of documentary cinema and the drifts of non-fiction, selecting feature films, short films, installations and works that address the question of “The Real”.
Marcela Santibáñez
Prominent Chilean producer, her productions include Oscar-nominated “El Agente Topo” and “La Memoria Infinita”. She is currently producing the upcoming documentaries of Chilean director Maite Alberdi. She is Industry Director at FIDOCS and teaches at the Catholic University of Chile where she leads the short film distribution company Prisma UC.
