Synopsis

Ako Kamanawa, from the Noke Koi Amazonian tribe, leaves the jungle with the hope of sharing his sacred medicine. But he is instead used to transport Ayahuasca and spends a year imprisoned in Mexico. On conditional freedom, he faces a system that criminalizes his culture and finds a family while searching for his place between two worlds.
