Tres Tercios

Tres Tercios is an audiovisual production company established in Chile since 2011, with the mission of creating original and high quality content for different platforms. With the aim of promoting critical thinking and reflection in any of the formats in which it is produced: film, television or web.

Synopsis

From Latin America, naturalists such as Charles Darwin, Marianne North and Claudio Gay used illustration to reveal to the world species never seen before. Today a new generation of explorers travels these same territories, this time to recreate them on paper as ecosystems threatened by the human species.

  Documentary filmmaker. He was director and screenwriter of non-fiction series such as ‘Etnográfica, ‘Tráfico Ilícito’ and ‘Chiloé’. In 2021 he founded Reverberancias and in 2024 Santo Cielo Cine, where he directs and produces three feature films in development and a documentary series.

  Producer

  Director and producer. Co-founder of Tres Tercios. Directed the second seasons of ‘Por la razón y la ciencia’, ‘Memorabiblia’ and the documentary ‘Chile 62: Una fiesta Universal’. Producer of two animation series: ‘Zander’ (stopmotion), supported by CNTV and ‘La historia de Chile según Berni’ (2D).

  Producer

  Filmmaker and producer, co-founder of the production company Tres Tercios. In 2018, he directed his first feature film, “Sobre los muertos.” He also worked on series like “Por la razón o la ciencia” and “Generación Digital.” In 2024, he premiered his short film “Todo se quemará” at SANFIC.
