Synopsis
By combining archival and filmed materials with musical and dramatic performances, queer activist Guz Guevara guides us through an immersive and sensorial experience that intends to counteract ableist and discriminatory narratives against people with disabilities and non-normative bodies.
Director
Graduated from CUT-UNAM and Berlinale Talent Campus, he´s studied filmmaking in Mexico and abroad. Has directed the short films: La teta de Botero (Ariel´s nomination), Julkita (Clermont-Ferrand), among others. He´s also working on his first feature film called BISONTE (Cine Qua Non Lab).
Director
Anti-ableist and queer activist, speaker and singer. Graduate in International Marketing. Awarded with the State Human Rights Award in 2017. He is co-founder of the Movement of People with Disabilities and is currently the main host of “80 Millones”.
Producer
Graduated in International Relations (UNAM) and cinematographic/audiovisual production at the CCC. Her filmography includes: State of Silence (2024) and Things we dare not do (2019) de Bruno Santamaría. Co-founder of Barlovento.
