Synopsis
The fight against HIV in Chile, an ultraconservative country in the post-dictatorship era. Pablo, an HIV-positive activist, and my mother Cecilia, a renowned immunologist, are the protagonists of a battle against indifference, precariousness, and stigma.
Director
Chilean filmmaker based in France. He holds a Master’s degree in Film and a specialization in Editing and Post-production. His works have been on Canal+ France and selected at festivals such as Chicago Latino Film Festival and FICViña, where he won the Best Latin American Short Film award in 2020.
Producer
Director, screenwriter, and producer with studies in film and writing in Buenos Aires and New York. Co-founder of Trino Films, he has worked on award-winning films at international festivals. He produces the documentaries Synchrony, South of Winter Lies the Snow, and Fighting a Pink Plague*.
