FEMCINE is created to promote, stimulate, and empower cinema made by women. It aims to raise awareness and encourage reflection on issues that concern women while highlighting the narrative and artistic choices of female directors as they capture the world, society, and history from their unique point of view. At the same time, it contributes to women’s employment opportunities in the audiovisual industry through workshops.
Claudia Gutiérrez
Commercial Engineer with a diploma in Finance and Executive Production for Film and TV. She has worked in the executive production of feature films, film festivals, and cultural events. Her experience includes leading and developing Departments, and handling commercial negotiations with the USA, Canada, and Asia. She is a partner in the production company Plaza Espectáculos.
