Cultural space open to all forms of expression and manifestation: cinema, music, performing arts, visual arts, and more. It features the best of national and international art cinema, betting on independent productions. Its location allowed them to be witnesses and participants in the Chilean Social Uprising until a fire devastated the entire space. After the incident, they launched centroartealameda.tv, an online platform with a subscription channel and a free-access section. Today, they are established in a new cinema hall at the Extension Center of the National Institute, where they continue to showcase quality cinema consistently.
Martín Castillo
Graduated from the Audiovisual Direction program at the PUC of Chile. He has worked as a screenwriter, producer, and actor on different projects. Since 2016, he has worked as the programmer and distributor at Centro Arte Alameda, in addition to managing the online project centroartealameda.tv
