Synopsis

Boca Vieja is the home of my maternal origin, a small village in southern Mexico of fishermen and farmers who enjoy the land and the sea. However, upon the rainy season, the town must retreat to let nature take its place. This cycle repeats itself as they resist the latent threat of dispossession of their territory.

  Independent producer from Oaxaca, México. She has collaborated with film and television projects and is interested in supporting projects that connect with her region, native communities and with women. She is the producer of Boca Vieja, her first feature film.
