DiezCincuenta
DiezCincuenta is an audiovisual production company from the Ñuble region with experience in the production of documentaries. It has won the PAR program for the Creative Industry of CORFO three times, and it was awarded the Fund for the Strengthening of Audiovisual Projects with the feature documentary in development called Three Sorrowful Aunts.

Synopsis

Three Sorrowful Aunts: one imprisoned during the dictatorship, another who escaped from Brazil, and the last,overwhelmed by depression, decides to commit suicide in the sea. Half-truths, fragmented relationships, and awkward silence eventually motivate their nephew to make one last attempt to reunite his family.

  Carlos Villegas Leiva is a filmmaker from the Centro de Investigación Cinematográfica (CIC). He has directed the short fiction films Juegos de niños and Con amor su crimen, and the short documentary Arreglos internos. He currently is directing the feature-length documentary Three Sorrowful Aunts.

  Catalina Espinoza Badillo is a filmmaker from the University of Valparaíso. She has directed various cinematographic-audiovisual projects and has worked as an executive, general, and field producer in fiction and documentary short films. She is currently co-executive producer of Three Sorrowful Aunts.

  Flores Venegas

  Producer

  Dagoberto is a journalist from the UAH, a scriptwriter from the Chilean Film School, and an executive producer from the UC, Chile. He has produced the fiction short films Eso que a mí me falta and Pagando, and the documentary shorts Alfarería de Quinchamalí y Santa Cruz de Cuca (Unesco 2021), Chillán, tierra de sobrevivientes, and Caminando a paso firme.
