Synopsis

The history of activism of a rural Ecuadorian radio station, Radio Latacunga, is rescued through a sonic journey created with cassette archives, broadcasters’ memories, and the childhood memories of a former journalist’s daughter. The film reconstructs the origin of the radio station’s dreams and past and presents its fight against racism, censorship, and oblivion.
